I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the prime location near the main shopping street. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms were beautifully furnished with walls of windows covered with stylish curtains. I particularly loved the bathtub in the well-designed bathroom. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. Additionally, the breakfast offered was a great way to start the day.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect!

It was easy to move around, with the bus station nearby, and lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants available. the hotel offered an extensive and varied breakfast buffet, which was an excellent start to my day. Lastly, the hotel had a vintage elevator, which was fun and added to the hotel's charm.
The hallway lighting within the hotel was dim. the hotel lacked ample parking, and finding a spot could be tricky during peak hours.

The staff, while having quite poor English, are very friendly. They speak russian, though, so if you need that in Berlin it could be a plus. The breakfast is good, typical for a three star hotel in Europe. The location is fantastic. The room I got was huge. Free WiFi connection!!. The price is low as compared to other decent hotels in the surrounding, not to mention the big and fancy hotels.
There was some smell of mould in the toilet room. Not terrible, but noticeable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the very center of Berlin, within a short walking distance of public transport, shopping area, zoo... It is situated on the first floor of a beautiful old building. It has a lift, so travelling with small kids and stroller is not a problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited, it was enough to understand each other. The room was quite spacious and very clean. Breakfast was maybe not as complete as in other hotels, but it covered our needs perfectly.

It’s very nice, romantic hotel, located in the centre of Berlin, in charming 19th century building. Entrance is unforgettable, old lift is wonderful. I have decided to stay in this hotel every time when I will be Berlin in the future.

Such a disappointment! Let's start with the few positive aspects of this hotel. The location was quite good, close to public transportation and some nice restaurants. , the breakfast had some diversified options and seemed tasty. But that's about it for the good.
Now, for the low-down. our room lacked basic amenities, like a hair dryer in the bathroom.
